Life is better with a co-pilot—especially the four-legged kind. At Desmond, we’ve made sure your pets feel just as at home as you do, with dedicated spaces and simple, pet-friendly policies designed for your modern lifestyle. Our apartment building welcomes both dogs and cats:

• Capacity: We allow up to two pets per residence.
• Pet Rent: $60 per month, per pet.
• Security: A $500 refundable pet deposit is required.

The On-Site Dog Park and Pet Spa

Located within a secure interior courtyard, Desmond's private on-site dog park provides a controlled, clean environment for your dog to get some fresh air and exercise. It's a great way to socialize and meet new furry friends in a safe, supervised spot.

Directly adjacent to the park is our professional pet spa. Rather than a standard tub, this station features a specialized, walk-in stainless steel grooming bay. The walk-in design is particularly functional for larger breeds, allowing for easy entry, while the professional-grade handheld sprayer and high side walls ensure a thorough and manageable wash.

By keeping these amenities within an interior courtyard, we’ve created a quiet, secure space away from the pace of Wilshire Boulevard.

From the iconic urban art installations at LACMA to the historic, tree-lined streets of Mid-Wilshire, the neighborhood offers a scenic backdrop for your daily walks. The area also offers several nearby parks, green spaces, and hiking trails:
